Challenge Samarkand takes place on the venue of Silk Road Samarkand touristic center in the name of Great Silk Road.
The start of the race will be from the pier of one of the three largest rowing canals in the world. Athletes will swim in the purest running mountain water. The swimming course will be one lap and 1,9 km.
The bike course will be two laps and 86 km. It begins in the tourist complex Silk Road Samarkand, then athletes will travel back in time, crossing ancient monuments and observing the unique contrast of modern architecture and ancient monuments of the 14th-15th centuries.
Athletes will cross: a monument to the King of the 14th century Amir Temur, sitting on the throne; the main attraction of Samarkand is the Registan ensemble – one of the most famous monuments in Central Asia; the architectural monument of Bibi Khanum, built in 1399-1404; the ancient market Afrosiab and a lot of different. Then athletes will cross the streets of modern Samarkand.
Run course will take place on the territory of the modern tourist complex Silk Road Samarkand, 4 laps and 21,5 km around the picturesque rowing canal, enveloping the Eternal City.

Drafting is prohibited! TT bikes are allowed.
To receive a starter package, participants must provide a passport/ID and a triathlete license.
